JUBAL'S ACADEMY
Ensembles
Ensembles allow students to play with others at their same level, building teamwork and community. Please note that not all ensembles are offered every semester. We offer ensembles based on need and teacher availability.
Junior Strings
Jacquie Miller, Director
Junior Strings is for string players who have played two or more years and are able to read music. Students are recommended by their private instructors, and they join at the beginning of each semester. This ensemble may travel for competitions.
Chamber Strings
Jacquie Miller, Director
Chamber Strings is an auditioned ensemble for advanced players. This ensemble occasionally travels to different community events and competitions.
Chamber Winds
Jenna Haynes, Director
Chamber Winds is open to students who take lessons at Jubal's Academy on various wind instruments. Instrumentation may vary based on student availability.
Chamber Orchestra
Jacquie Miller, Director
Chamber Orchestra is our newest ensemble and includes both wind and string players, in addition to piano. Members are required to have at least three years playing experience. Parents are encouraged to play with this ensemble.
