Bio
Jacquie Miller founded Jubal's Academy in 2009 with the purpose of providing quality music education to students that were not involved in school music programs. Mrs. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in music from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Music in Church Music degree from Campbellsville University. She is actively involved in the Campbellsville University Orchestra, Heartland Winds, and has played and sung with various other ensembles in Kentucky, including the Kentucky Baptist Convention Chorales and Orchestra and the Elizabethtown Symphony Orchestra. Mrs. Miller has also had opportunities to sub for multiple professional ensembles. She has served as president of the Flute Society of Kentucky, an organization that she was involved with for over 15 years. As a member of the Flute Society of Kentucky, she performed in master classes, recitals, ensembles, and coordinated events including the FSK annual festival on four occasions. She has also held church music positions in both part-time and full-time capacities for over 20 years. She currently serves as administrative assistant of the School of Music at Campbellsville University and music director at Hodgenville United Methodist Church. She resides in Campbellsville with her husband Seth, owner of Miller Aviation Service, and their cats.
